Do I get points for gift card purchases?

No, points are not awarded from gift card purchases. Instead, they will be awarded when you redeem the gift card for food or drink purchases.

Can I earn points and redeem rewards at any Pokeworks location?

You can earn points and redeem rewards at any participating location in the United States. Click here to see all locations that are part of the rewards program. Excluded locations include some of our ghost kitchens and international locations.

If I have multiple rewards in my account, can I redeem them all at once?

No, you may only use 1 reward per order. 

How do I earn points for my Pokeworks order?

It’s simple. After you sign up for Pokeworks Rewards on the app or website, link your payment card to your account and automatically earn points when you use your card at Pokeworks in-store, online, or in the app! No scanning needed.
Paying with cash? No worries! Just save your receipt, take a photo (or screenshot for online orders), and upload it to your account on the app or email it to [email protected] to get your points.

What if I don’t have an Apple or Android smartphone? Am I excluded from this program?

No way! We have a web ordering site that you can use to place orders or you can simply come visit us at a store. Just don’t forget to link your card to your account to automatically earn points when you use your card at Pokeworks or save your receipts and email them to [email protected] to get your points. 

How does the Pokeworks Rewards program work?

Sign up on our website or on the app to become a Pokeworks Rewards member and earn points with every purchase. You earn 1 point for every dollar spent when you place an order using your rewards account online or on the app. You’ll be able to redeem delish rewards, and enjoy exclusive perks and drops!
