Pokeworks is committed to sourcing 100% of our eggs (shell, liquid, and egg products) from cage-free sources throughout all our global operations for all owned, managed, and franchised properties by the end of 2023 and will publish annual progress reports towards this commitment.

The reward or offer is reset, so it’s not lost. As long as the reward has not been redeemed on a purchase, you will still be able to use it at a later time.

No, points are not awarded from gift card purchases. Instead, they will be awarded when you redeem the gift card for food or drink purchases.

You can earn points and redeem rewards at any participating location in the United States. Click here to see all locations that are part of the rewards program. Excluded locations include some of our ghost kitchens and international locations.

Unused $9 rewards or banked currency expires after 365 days.

Yes. The $9 rewards are issued as banked currency, so they work like Pokeworks cash or gift card credit.

Don’t worry! You can still get your points added to your account by scanning or entering the barcode on your receipt using the app. Barcodes stay valid for 3 days from the purchase date.

There are 3 ways to earn points for your Pokeworks purchases: 1) place your order while signed into your account online or on the app, 2) scan your account QR code on the app using the scanner at the register or 3) scan or enter the barcode on your receipt using the app.

No way! We have a web ordering site that you can use to earn and redeem points (although it does not have all the cool and fun features of our app). Click here to sign up for our rewards program through our website. 

We have a wide variety of ingredients including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Our menus include allergen information to help guide you when ordering.

Absolutely! Our Poke Your Way allows you to build your bowl, burrito or salad just the way you like it with our customizable menu and selection of bases, proteins, mix-ins, toppings and sauces.

Setup is not included in your catering order. Our packages come ready-to-serve, so setting up will be as easy as 1,2,3.

Delivery is always FREE for orders of $35+. For orders under $35, the delivery fee is $1.99.

Yes, check the link in your order confirmation email.

When you order delivery, it’s sent to our restaurant team and courier partner right away, so it can get to you quickly. That makes canceling orders tricky. If you really must cancel, please try calling the restaurant you placed the order at directly.

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards never expire and can be redeemed in restaurant, online, or in the Pokeworks App.

When you order delivery, its sent to our restaurant team and courier partner right away, so we can get it to you quickly!  Delivery times may vary based on your location and volume of orders at the store.
